Let’s practice

Public classes

I teach public group classes at Yogaspace on Ossington, Toronto Yoga Co. on the Danforth, and online via Zoom. The energy in my classroom is one of consent, inclusivity, connection, compassion and play, as I invite you to move or be still in a way that honours the entire body-mind system. 

Private classes

I teach one-on-one and small group private movement and meditation classes for individuals, groups and corporations. I tailor the classes according to your unique goals and intentions, with specific, dedicated attention from the comfort of your home, condo building, workspace, or online via Zoom.

Mentorship

As a teacher on the faculty of the Yogaspace 200HR YTT, I mentor new teachers who are looking for further guidance on sequencing, alignment, cueing, philosophy, adaptive yoga for specific styles or groups, deepening your personal practice, the business of yoga and anything else you wish to study together.
